Call

A discovery call is a free 15 minute online or telephone call during which we can get to know a bit about each other.

During the call I will introduce myself and explain what Claire's Chair can offer.

 

After which  we can go through any questions you might have, and then explore how I might be able to support you in your journey.

Making the first step is often the hardest, so please feel free to contact me. 

​

How many sessions you have is purely under your control.  Whether you need a one off session or want to return for more it is purely up to you.
