About me

It was 1995 when I first experience ill mental health. I had not long given birth and was struck by crippling anxiety and low mood.  I had never felt so out of control of my body and feelings

Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood.

We will work together to access information and resources to aid you on your path to mental wellness.
